Jeffrey’s journey of self discovery taught him a great deal about himself and the ways of the Universe. It allowed him to explore many of his beliefs through various areas of his life. One of the areas that always caused him some discomfort was his religious and spiritual beliefs. He began to explore the viewpoints of his religion on a deeper level, as well as the many spiritual beliefs that have been put forth over the centuries. Through this interesting and adventure-filled exploration he began to formulate his own personal spiritual philosophy. He now feels very comfortable with his beliefs.

Jeffrey has come to realize that there is a great sensitivity surrounding religious and spiritual viewpoints and though we often share our beliefs collectively (i.e. organized religion), spirituality is actually an extremely personal matter. There has been a tendency for some individuals and groups to force their divine philosophies on others, even to the point of armed conflict. This has made it uncomfortable for many people to openly and freely discuss this subject.

As Jeffrey has become more comfortable with his spirituality, he has found himself more willing to share his beliefs with others. In doing so, he has met many people who are searching for a safe and confidential environment in which they can examine, contemplate, and explore their spiritual philosophies. The more he was willing to openly share his beliefs and views, the more he found others who wanted him to help them find their own divine truths through a type of ‘spiritual coaching.’ In doing this type of coaching he has come to realize that this area of life is far too important and powerful to ignore.

We all have the right to spiritual beliefs that we feel comfortable with and we have the right to not feel intimidated while expressing, exploring, and deepening these beliefs.

In the role of ‘spiritual coach,’ Jeffrey acts as a guide, creating a safe space for individuals to examine their spiritual beliefs and find what makes sense and feels comfortable to them.
