As a keynote speaker, Jeffrey’s intention is to connect with people and inspire them to create positive change in their own lives. His keynote addresses are designed to spark thought and reflection on a number of the topics he covers in coaching and workshops including: self-awareness, gratitude and self-love, challenging beliefs, achieving balance, and quieting the mind.
Jeffrey has discovered that no matter who the audience, there are always people who readily identify with the things he talks about and others who are inspired to reflect upon them further and take action to change their own perspectives and actions. Jeffrey has worked with a variety of groups from very small to very large. He has spoken to students, laypeople, and business professionals of all ages and has found that as a speaker and life coach he is able to connect, empower, and inspire change.
In the Awakening the Self workshops and keynote talks, Jeffrey creates a sacred space by sharing his love, wisdom, and personal experiences. In this space people can awaken from their traditional and conditioned ways of thinking and open up to a new-found perspective.
Through Jeffrey’s enthusiasm and energy he creates a spark which allows people to think about how much better their lives could be if they had the courage to make changes. He shares techniques and practices which he has encountered throughout his journey and makes recommendations based on his own personal experience.
“Your presentation at Statistics Canada lunch and learn was a great success, we had 200 people in attendance! We have had rave reviews and many requests to have you back to present again with the opportunity to have a French translation simultaneously so all employees can benefit from your lifestyle coaching techniques- to learn how to change your thoughts and change your life. I personally enjoyed the ease and flow of your presentation with many easy tips on how to acknowledge the daily thousands of thoughts and how to begin to change the thoughts that do not work anymore. You presented with such a gentle, calm and fun spirit that many people walked away a little less serious and optimistic for change. Thank you, we greatly appreciated you speaking on behalf of the health and well being committee.” – Christine Bizier, Co-Chair, Health and Well-Being Committee.
