Photo: butterfly According to the dictionary, one definition of the word inspiration is: "stimulation of the mind or emotions to a high level of feeling or activity." It is my greatest desire that this section of the website with its various resources will - in some way - inspire, awaken or empower you to a higher level of feeling or action.

Allow yourself to move beyond just seeing and comprehending what is on the pages and let your imagination soar, journeying to far-off places where your life exists in perfection. Dream of what your life would be like if you let go of all your fears, removed your masks and allowed your true self to shine through.

You will notice below several of the more recent resource posts while on the right side bar under More Be Inspired you will find several categories that will connect you to even more resource pages. These categories will change from time to time as more and more interesting and inspiring material is posted.

I hope in some way as you check out all these resources you allow yourself to BE INSPIRED.

NOTE: Most of the materials/text in the posts below were taken directly from the websites of those individuals/businesses being profiled or from other sources.

Seven Habits of Mindful Eating

Seven Habits of Healthy Eating

“The rhythm of life is becoming faster and faster, so we really don’t have the same awareness and the same ability to check into ourselves.” These words are from an unexpected source: a Harvard nutritionist. Dr. Lilian Cheung, with Nobel Peace Prize nominee Thich Nhat Hanh, co-wrote ‘Savor: Mindful Eating, Mindful Life.’ “That’s why mindful eating is becoming more important. We need to be coming back to ourselves and saying: ‘Does my body need this? Why am I eating this? Is it just because I’m so sad and stressed out?’” In this 3-minute video, Dr. Cheung explains how honoring [...]
