There Is No App For Happiness: Max Strom

Technology has expanded at such a rate that nearly every aspect of our world has been affected — yet there has been no corresponding expansion of personal happiness. We are depressed, anxious, sleep-deprived and over medicated. This talk explores the innate technology within us — the “apps” of our mind, body and emotional center that contain the inner-knowledge that can empower the most meaningful areas of our lives.

“We live with our mind in a storm and we call it normal, but we know it isn’t.  It is this storm that keeps us awake at night in anxiety or depression.  It is this storm that erodes our health and relationships, especially those closest to us.  And this is why we need to turn our attention to our personal growth now more than ever.” Max Storm
